2015-16     Editor in Chief. Hyphen (print and online publication). Oversaw all operational procedures for the day-to-day running of the print and online editorial department in relation to the growth of the overall organization including but not limited to the publication of two print magazines per year from concept to object and managing a team 40 editors and writers. This role also includes being a member of the core leadership team for the organization who facilitate and implement overall vision, human resources, development, fundraising and brand maintenance and growth. In addition, the EIC oversees magazine-related online content, events and projects.
